The goal was clear from the start: create a strong brand presence for Summer Soul, drive more footfall to both the boutique and the cafe, and gain more followers. We’ve been boosting key posts to amplify engagement, all while keeping the content fresh and captivating across two separate Instagram accounts: Summer Soul Boutique and Summer Soul Cafe.

One of the trickiest parts of our work is balancing the two different sides of Summer Soul, the fashion boutique and the cozy cafe. We create separate content that fits each vibe: for the boutique, it’s all about showcasing luxurious beachwear and accessories, while the cafe’s content is focused on trending reels, drink-making, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the friendly barista team.

We’ve had some amazing successes. Our cafe reels featuring the talented baristas have really hit home, they’re loved by our followers and always manage to entertain. For both the boutique and cafe accounts, we focus on trending templates and high-quality photos that resonate with the audience. Twice a month, we have a shoot day where we make sure to cover everything, from behind-the-scenes cafe fun to the latest beachwear collection.

Since we started working with Summer Soul, we’ve seen growth in followers and engagement. But what we’re most proud of is the increase in the overall quality of the content, it really shows in the reaction of the audience and the vibe that comes through on their pages.
